Every page (ads)Page views, kit pages viewed, sign-ups, booking clicks and, later, purchases, through the Meta Pixel. When you fill in a form, the email address and phone number you enter are also sent to Meta in scrambled (hashed) form, to match your visit to a Facebook or Instagram accountTo measure Compound Lab’s ads on Facebook and Instagram and show them to people likely to find them useful. Meta may connect this to your Facebook or Instagram account under its own privacy policy

Your consent

  • Every form says what it is for before you send it. Messages about new kits, courses and webinars have their own box, which you can untick before you send the form.
  • Getting a kit never depends on agreeing to promotions.
  • You can withdraw consent as easily as you gave it: reply STOP on WhatsApp, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email me. I stop within a few days, and withdrawing doesn’t affect anything sent before.
  • The sign-up records which version of this notice you agreed to and when.

Who else handles it

Your data is stored and sent using Google (Workspace, Sheets, Gmail, Drive and Analytics), Cloudflare (hosting, security and the bot check on forms), Meta (WhatsApp, and the Meta Pixel for ads), Cal.com (bookings) and Razorpay (payments). Razorpay handles your payment under its own privacy policy and the Reserve Bank of India’s rules. They process it for me and only to run these services. I don’t sell your data or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Turning off ad tracking. Your browser’s tracking protection or an ad blocker stops the Meta Pixel, and the site works the same without it. In Facebook or Instagram, Accounts Centre, Ad preferences lets you limit ads based on activity from other websites.

How long I keep it

  • Sign-up details are deleted 12 months after my last message to you, unless you’ve agreed to updates or bought something.
  • If you bought something, records needed for tax and accounts are kept for as long as the law requires.
  • You can ask me to delete your details earlier at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a summary of the data I hold about you, ask me to correct, complete or delete it, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to act for you if you can’t. Email raviraj@compoundlab.in. I reply within 30 days.

Complaints

Raise any complaint with me first at the email above. If you’re not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Age

The kits, courses and webinars are for people aged 18 or older. If you’re under 18, please don’t sign up. If I learn that someone under 18 has, I delete their details.

Security

Only I can open the sheets that hold your details, and every account involved uses two-step sign-in. If a breach ever affects your data, I’ll tell you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.

Changes

When this notice changes, the date at the top changes too. Sign-ups record the version in force when you signed up (this one is matching-2026-10-11).
