Terms of use

These terms cover the kits, courses and webinars on compoundlab.in. By signing up for or using them, you agree to these terms. Questions go to raviraj@compoundlab.in.

What you get

  • Digital files: PDF guides and templates for Word, Google Docs, Excel or PowerPoint, sent as a link to a folder.
  • A personal licence: you can use them for your own learning and job search, and adapt the templates for your own work.
  • You can’t resell them, share the files or the folder link, or post them publicly. Quoting a short part with credit to Compound Lab is fine.

The founding batch

  • The first 100 people get the kits free, counted by email address. One place per person.
  • In return I ask for an honest review after a week. It’s a request, not a condition, and I only quote a review publicly with your permission.
  • Download the files or make a copy, since folder links can change after the founding batch.

What the kits are, and aren’t

  • They are preparation material. They don’t guarantee an interview, a job or a placement.
  • The practice brand, Compound Lab Beverages, and its numbers are made up for learning.
  • Channel rules in India, such as WhatsApp policies, DLT for SMS and data protection, change often. The kits are accurate as of their date; check the current rules before relying on them at work.

Paid purchases

  • Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. The price you pay is the one shown on the page when you pay.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay, which accepts UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. I never see or store your card or bank details.
  • You get the files by email, usually within minutes. The shipping and delivery policy has the details.
  • You get a payment receipt by email right after paying. Email me if you need a GST invoice.
  • Digital files can’t be returned, so sales are final once delivered. The cancellation and refund policy covers the cases where you do get your money back.

Liability

The kits are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Compound Lab isn’t liable for losses from using them. For a paid product, liability is limited to what you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
