Shipping and delivery policy

Everything sold on compoundlab.in is digital. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping charges.

How you get it

• Kits: a link to a folder with your files, sent to the email address you enter at checkout, usually within minutes of paying and always within 24 hours. You also get it on WhatsApp if you gave a number.
• Webinars and live sessions: the joining link is emailed after you pay, and again before the session starts.
• Receipt: emailed right after you pay. A GST invoice is available on request.

If it doesn’t arrive

Check your spam and promotions folders first. If it still isn’t there after an hour, email raviraj@compoundlab.in with the email address you used and your Razorpay payment ID, and I’ll send it again. If I can’t deliver it, you get a full refund under the cancellation and refund policy.

Digital delivery works anywhere. Prices are in Indian rupees.
