Google Ads quiz and practice test

A free Google Ads test with 50 multiple choice questions on the auction, keywords and match types, bidding and budgets, Shopping and Performance Max, and tracking. Choose your level and length, get rated, share your scorecard. No sign-up, no email.

Questions by Raviraj Ramavarapu, founder of Compound Lab, who hires for digital marketing and CRM roles. Updated October 2026.

What the Google Ads practice test covers

The questions are the ones asked in Google Ads and PPC (pay per click) interviews, using what is current in 2026: responsive search ads, assets instead of extensions, Performance Max and Demand Gen, and no broad match modifier or Enhanced CPC. It also works as practice before the Google Ads certifications on Skillshop.
