Is this a course?
It’s a self-study course in nine kits: guides, templates, Excel files and practice projects. You work through it at your own pace. Live webinars will follow.
I’ve never worked in CRM. Is this too advanced?
It’s written for freshers and career switchers. Start with the Glossary and the tools guide, then do the projects. Most examples use one practice brand, so no past job is needed.
Do I get a certificate?
No. You get work you can show: three finished projects, a portfolio and answers you can say out loud. That’s what interviewers look at.
Is this Salesforce-type CRM?
No. This is marketing CRM: retention, lifecycle and the messages brands send on WhatsApp, email, SMS and push. If the job is Salesforce admin or sales pipelines, this isn’t the right fit.
Do I need a CRM tool to practise?
No. The projects and the workbook come with practice data. The tools guide also lists free trials and academies you can use to practise on a real tool.
