Try one question
What would you say?
Question 1 of 50 · Asked at every level
What is repeat rate, and how would you measure it?
Almost every CRM interview starts here.
Pick the answer you’d give.
Close, but it’s the most common slip: bought again within how many days? Without a time window the number means nothing.
That’s the answer. It names the time window and leaves out people who joined too recently to be counted.
That’s a different number, called repeat revenue share. Interviewers notice when the two get mixed up.
What they’re testing
Whether you know repeat rate means nothing until you say the time window and which customers you’re counting.
Say it like this
“I’d measure the share of new customers who order again within a window that matches how fast the product runs out, and only count customers who’ve had the full window.”
That’s one page of 72. See it as it is in the kit:
The take-home task
Got a 48-hour task? Practise on ours first
Many companies send a task after the interview: a short brief, two days, and a few slides back. The kit gives you a practice one, so the real one doesn’t scare you.
What you get
- A practice task, written the way companies write them
- How the interviewer scores it, point by point
- A model answer, slide by slide, to check yours against
- A fill-in template so you never start from a blank slide

Questions, answered
I’ve never worked in CRM. Will this work for me?
Yes. It’s written for freshers and career switchers. The answers use one practice brand, so you learn the thinking without needing a past job, and the Answer builder turns coursework or projects into stories.
I’m not good with numbers. Is this too hard?
The maths is percentages and simple multiplication, shown step by step on every answer. The point is to say the numbers out loud with confidence, and that’s what the daily practice builds.
My interview is in three days. Is that enough time?
Start with the five answer patterns, then the topics closest to the job, then the screening call the day before. You won’t cover all 50, but you’ll know how to shape any answer.
What if they ask something that isn’t in the kit?
That’s what the five answer patterns are for. Almost every CRM question fits one of them. Spot which one, and you know how to shape your answer.
What is asked in a CRM take-home assignment?
Usually a short brief and 48 hours to send back a few slides. For example: plan how to win back old customers, and say how you’d check it worked. The kit has a practice one, with how it’s scored and a model answer.
Is this for sales CRM roles like Salesforce?
No. This is marketing CRM: retention, lifecycle and the messages a brand sends on WhatsApp, email, SMS and push. If the job is about pipelines and Salesforce admin, this isn’t the right kit.
What do I get, and in what format?
A 72-page PDF guide and three templates that open in Word or Google Docs: the Answer builder, the Company audit sheet and the Take-home skeleton. The folder link arrives straight away.
Why is it free right now?
The first 100 learners get it free as the founding batch, in return for one honest review after a week. After that it sells for ₹499.
Do I get a certificate?
No. You get answers you can say out loud and work you can show, which is what interviewers judge.
