Questions, answered

I’ve never worked in CRM. Will I understand it?

Yes. Every term is one plain sentence plus an Indian example, mostly from one practice brand, Compound Lab Beverages, with numbers in rupees.

How long will it take?

The 25 must-know terms and the chapters in order take about two hours. After that, use the A to Z index to look up any term in seconds.

What is the full form of CRM?

Customer relationship management. At D2C brands and consumer apps, it means the team, tools and messages that bring existing customers back. A sales CRM, which tracks leads and deals, is a different job.

Compound Lab has a free CRM glossary on the blog. Why get this?

The free post is a good place to start. The kit goes further: 216 terms, each with an Indian example and what it’s for, 58 “Don’t confuse with” lines, 35 formulas, seven diagrams and a learning order.

Does it cover India terms like DLT and COD?

Yes. A full chapter covers 15 of them, including DLT registration, DND, the DPDP Act, COD, RTO and UPI AutoPay.

Is this for sales CRM roles like Salesforce?

No. This is marketing CRM: retention, lifecycle and the messages a brand sends on WhatsApp, email, SMS and push. If the job is about pipelines and Salesforce admin, this isn’t the right kit.

What do I get, and in what format?

A 53-page PDF that opens on your phone or laptop. The link arrives by email.

Why is it free right now?

The first 100 learners get it free as the founding batch, in return for one honest review after a week. After that it sells for ₹149.

Do I get a certificate?

No. You get the words and what they mean, which is what interviews and your first month on the job test.
